Welcome to Sherborne Golf Club

The course is open. Preferred lies, All main greens No buggies permitted The course is in an acceptable scoring condition. Course is still wet and slippery in places so please wear appropriate footwear. We will be putting out our traffic management posts around the greens and approaches later today so once they are out please do not walk through them, many thanks. We are spraying an insecticide on the greens and aprons today which then has to be watered in. Thank you for your patience.

A warm welcome

Sherborne is a mature 18-hole parkland James Braid designed course which measures just over 6,400 yards from the back tees, playing to a par 72. With a variety of teeing options that offer the elite to beginner golfer a rewarding experience

The clubhouse and course offer wonderful vistas over the Blackmore Vale to the South and Glastonbury Tor to the North.

The club prides itself on its warm & friendly welcome to members & visitors alike. We have an active membership, with many golf & social events taking place throughout the year.

We welcome societies & visitors and offer excellent golf, good home-cooked food & a fine selection of beer & wine.
